There is no upfront design fee. You pay £50 per month, which covers hosting, maintenance, and one hour of updates. Think of it as website design bundled into a simple monthly plan instead of a large one-off invoice.

How do I pay the £50 per month?

After your site goes live, you set up a £50 monthly subscription by card through Stripe or via PayPal. I will send you the link when we are ready to launch.

What is included in the monthly hour?

Up to one hour per month for practical updates: text changes, photo swaps, small fixes, and minor layout tweaks on pages that already exist. I track time fairly and let you know if something will go over.

What if I need more than one hour in a month?

Extra work is £30 per hour. I will confirm the scope and cost before starting anything beyond your included hour.

How many pages can I have?

The standard plan covers up to five pages, which suits most small businesses: home, services, about, areas covered, and contact. Larger sites can be discussed separately.

Who owns the domain?

You should register your domain in your own name (for example via Namecheap). I can help point it at your site and manage DNS as part of the plan.

What happens if I cancel?

Give 30 days notice. Hosting and updates stop at the end of the paid period. We can discuss exporting content or a handover if you move elsewhere.

Is there a minimum contract?

The plan is monthly rolling. I ask for 30 days notice if you want to cancel so I can wrap up any open tasks fairly.

Do you work UK-wide?

Yes. I am based in Carmarthen, Wales, and work with small businesses and trades across the UK. Most projects run over WhatsApp, email, and scheduled calls.

How is this different from your custom quote work?

This plan is a fixed offer for straightforward brochure sites. Larger builds, SaaS, extensions, or complex features are quoted separately on a project basis.
