Beep Beep Express

Beep Beep Express drives patients to medical appointments across New Mexico and Nevada, with most rides billed directly to federal and workers’ compensation programmes. They needed a site that reassures patients and case managers, explains which programmes are covered, and turns visits into ride requests.

I designed and built the site around that journey: programme badges up front (DOL card, EEOICPA, OWCP and workers’ comp), a checker that tells visitors whether their ride is covered, a simple four-step booking explainer, a fleet page showing the vehicles, and a ride request form that collects everything dispatch needs in one go.
